Niels Spierings
Niels Spierings is als universitair docent sociologie verbonden aan de Radboud Universiteit, Radboud Social Cultural Sciences. Binnen de gender- en politieke sociologie richten zijn onderzoek en publicaties zich op populisme, sociale media, democratisering, sociale houdingen, emancipatie, migratie en islam. Zijn geografische focus omvat Nederland in vergelijkend Europees perspectief en het Midden-Oosten en Noord-Afrika. Ook publiceert hij over methoden in gender- en intersectioneel onderzoek.
